This book clarified understanding my own communication style, and that of those around me. It was revelatory in understanding how to listen more effectively to colleagues and customers. Most of all, I have found the exercises in “well-formed outcome” to be extremely helpful in setting goals and making plans for the next things I want to do in life – basically which revolve around getting better at the things I do.
